I have no doubts in my mind which I made up lately. Sanshayatma Vinashyatih. Not reservation , the whole power to rule should now be handed over to Dalits, moolnivasi ,you can say . Now it is their turn Hindus and Muslims have enjoyed their turn .Now ,if they are pious and truthful , should vote only in favour of Dalit candidates [or women of all castes, who are candid dalit ]. It is optional, no constitution ammendment needed. But this Idea is the only Saviour of India. Don't mingle it with the Quality of Rule and administration . It will not be worse than we witessed in the past .
